Andrea Atrib joined Targa 5 Advisors SA in March 2024, bringing over 30 years of experience in financial markets, with more than 10 years in investment banking and over 20 years in private banking, in São Paulo and Geneva.
Having lived in Geneva since 2005, Andrea has held senior roles at UBS, Morgan Stanley, and JP Morgan, advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Before joining Targa 5, she was a Portfolio Manager at Octogone Family Office.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC São Paulo.

Previously, he worked as Office Manager at Italica Invest Sàrl in Geneva, overseeing administration and security procedures. He also gained experience at the Administration Cantonale de Genève, facilitating integration processes within the probation office.
Fernando holds a Risk Manager Diploma from the Centre de Formation VisionCompliance SA in Geneva and a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism from UniverCidade in Brazil. He speaks fluent French, Portuguese, and English.

Uilma Castella brings over 30 years of experience in financial markets. After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting in Brazil, she relocated to Switzerland, beginning her career in Geneva with American Express.
She later held senior roles at Merrill Lynch Bank (Suisse), HSBC Private Bank (Suisse), BNP Paribas (Suisse) and was a Portfolio Manager at Octogone Family Office before joining Targa 5 Advisors SA, where she provides strategic wealth management services to high-net-worth clients.

Flavio Castello Branco joined Targa 5 Advisors SA in 2024 as Chair of the Advisory Board, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience in international private banking.

An economist with an Executive MBA in Market Intelligence, Vinicius Coelho has extensive experience in the financial sector. Before joining Targa 5 Advisors SA, he spent nearly 15 years in Brazil’s banking industry, working at Bradesco and Itaú. He also served at the Brazilian Consulate in Geneva.
Vinicius holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and an Executive MBA in Market Intelligence from Saint Paul Business School.

Rachel Crettaz joined Targa 5 Advisors SA in 2022, bringing expertise in compliance and anti-money laundering. She holds a Compliance Officer AML Specialist diploma from Vision Compliance in Geneva and has extensive experience in front-support roles at UBS Wealth Management.
With over 40 years of experience in international private banking, Lydia Passos joined Targa 5 Advisors SA in 2018 as a Senior Relationship Manager.

She previously worked at HSBC Private Bank (Suisse), Barclays, and the multi-family offices Bedrock and Sartus Capital. She later worked at Cité Gestion prior to joining Targa 5.
Claudia Wullenweber joined Targa 5 Advisors SA in 2023, bringing over 22 years of experience in private banking. She started her career in Geneva at Citibank Private Banking before moving to JP Morgan, where she served as a Vice President for the Latin American market.
She later worked at Royal Bank of Canada (Suisse) before dedicating time to humanitarian projects in Africa, including microcredit programs and educational initiatives.

Ana Luísa Barreto Salomão joined Targa 5 Advisors SA in 2025, bringing over 15 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, with a specialization in civil and business law. In São Paulo, she was a partner at Sergio Bermudes Advogados, where she advised major clients in complex legal disputes. Ana Luísa holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and an executive certificate in Wealth Planning from Insper São Paulo.
Claudia Säuberli joined Targa 5 Advisors in 2025, bringing over 25 years of experience in Corporate Law and Governance. She has worked across various sectors and with major players in the Brazilian market, including in executive leadership positions. She spent around 12 years at Banco Safra S.A., one of Brazil’s leading financial institutions, where she gained extensive expertise in processes, contracts, and operations in the financial and capital markets. Over the course of her career, she has also worked in compliance and data protection. She holds postgraduate degrees in Finance from FIA/FEA/USP and in Tax Law from FGV/SP.

Otacilio Soares da Silva is the Chair of the Advisory Board at Targa 5 Advisors SA, bringing over 40 years of experience in banking, with a focus on private banking, wealth management, and strategic advisory.
He began his career in the 1980s at CCF Bank in Brazil, where he rose to the position of Commercial Director, overseeing multiple divisions. Following HSBC’s acquisition of CCF in 2000, he transitioned into Private Banking, taking on the responsibility for managing HSBC’s private banking operations outside the São Paulo region.
In 2007, Otacilio was relocated to Geneva to join HSBC Private Bank (Suisse), where he led a team serving high-net-worth clients. In 2013, he joined Bedrock SA, a leading multi-family office, where he was responsible for managing and expanding the firm’s Latin American client base. In 2017, Otacilio co-founded Sartus Capital SA, a Geneva-based multi-family office that was part of XP Inc., and served as Chair of Sartus Capital’s Advisory Board.
In 2023, he joined Targa 5 Advisors SA as an External Consultant, and currently serves as Chair of the Advisory Board, contributing his experience to guide the firm’s investment strategy.

She previously worked at Banque Safdie in Brazil and Switzerland for more than two decades, specializing in wealth management for high-net-worth clients. She later spent three years at Bank Julius Baer in Geneva, advising Latin American clients.
Her expertise spans global wealth management, investment solutions, and cross-border financial advisory.

With over 30 years of experience in the private banking sector, Sandro’s career began in Brazil before expanding internationally.
Before joining the banking sector, Sandro spent over five years in the pulp and paper industry in the state of São Paulo, Brazil, where he was responsible for the administrative and accounting areas. In the 1990s, he relocated to Switzerland to join Pictet Funds S.A. in Geneva, where he spent a decade in the Administration & Compliance team.
Subsequently, he joined the Brazilian private banking team at CA-Indosuez Switzerland, managing portfolios and advising high-net-worth (HNW) private clients.
Today as an External Consultant at Targa 5 Advisors SA, Sandro leverages his extensive knowledge and experience, actively contributing to the firm’s growth.
