OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM

Eli Mizrahi
Started his International Private Banking and Asset Management career over 20 years ago. In 2002, he worked at Safra Group in Sao Paulo, starting at the bank’s management trainee program, then joined the Private Banking department and was responsible for the development of the local high net worth clientele. In 2008, he was transferred to Panama City to develop Safra’s representative office. Prior to co-founding Targa 5 Advisors SA in 2014, he worked at Union Bancaire Privee (UBP) in Geneva as a Director of the Latin American Private Banking Desk. He graduated from the Armando Alvares Penteado foundation in São Paulo, Brazil with a degree in Business Administration.

Joaquin Cascallar
Expert in wealth management, a niche in which he amasses more than 20 years of professional experience. Joaquin began his career at the KBL group (Switzerland) Ltd where he worked for 10 years as a Private Banker. In 2011, he joined BNP Paribas Switzerland as portfolio manager and investment adviser to the Latin American clientele. In 2014 he made the move to Targa 5 becoming a partner and taking the responsibility of its Advisory Desk, in charge of Targa’s investment strategy. Joaquin holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Geneva University, Switzerland.

Fernando Birkmaier
Fernando joined Targa 5 Advisors SA in 2014 as a senior member of management and is currently the Office Administrator. Prior to joining Targa 5 Advisors, he worked as Office Manager at Italica Invest Sarl in Genève, responsible for the organization and coordination of the office administration and security procedures. Previously, he worked at Administration Cantonale de Geneve at the probation and integration office to perform administration procedures to facilitate the job of the social assistants. He also worked at Fly Linhas Aéreas and as an independent travel agent in Brazil. He speaks fluently French, Portuguese and English. In 2019, Fernando completed a Risk Manager Diploma from the Centre de Formation VisionCompliance SA in Geneve. He graduated with a Bachelor degree in Tourism from UniverCidade in Brazil.

Vinicius Coelho
Vinícius has extensive experience in the financial sector and currently serves as a Wealth Management Assistant at Targa 5. An economist graduated from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) with an Executive MBA in Market Intelligence from the Saint Paul Business School, he combines a solid academic background with practical experience. In Brazil, Vinícius worked for nearly 15 years in the financial market, serving at Bradesco and Itaú banks. He also worked at the Consulate General of Brazil in Geneva (Itamaraty). Throughout his career, Vinícius has participated in major process optimization projects, always focused on providing excellent customer service.

Raphael Pardini
Raphael joined Targa 5 Advisors in 2020 and is part of the Investment Advisory Team. Prior to joining Targa 5 Advisors, Raphael worked for 12 years at Citibank in Sao Paulo as Vice President on the Treasury Department focusing on derivatives, structured products, foreign exchange, and interest rate risk. Previously, he worked as a Treasury Sales Trader at WestLB and Bradesco in Sao Paulo. He has a passion for new technologies and financial markets. Raphael graduated from University of Sao Paulo with a BA in Economics in 2010.

Otacílio Soares da Silva
Otacílio has a degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais and an MBA in Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Brazil. He began his career in the 1980s as a broker in a brokerage house in Brazil. He directed his career to the banking sector at Banco CCF, where he developed the commercial team for Corporate, Middle Market, Insurance, Institutional Investors, Investment Banking and Private Banking and was Regional Commercial Director. After the acquisition of the Bank by HSBC in 2000, he focused his career on Private Banking onshore and offshore. In 2007, he assumed responsibility as Director of HSBC Private Bank (Suisse) SA in Geneva in the Latam department. In 2013, he assumed the responsibility of Senior Vice-President at Multi Family-Office BEDROCK SA in Switzerland. In 2017, he participated in the project to create Sartus Capital SA, Multi Family-Office of XP INC. subsidiary (Nasdaq-listed company with headquarters in Brazil), becoming a partner in the XP holding company to develop the Group's activities in Europe. Subsequently, he served as Chairman of the Advisory Board. In 2023, he joined Targa 5 Advisors SA as a Member of the Advisory Board. Otacílio is a member of YPO (Young Presidents' Organization), of the Câmara de Comércio e Indústria Luso-Brasileira, of the Commanderie de Bordeaux and the Commanderie des Cordons Bleus de France, besides having participated in several Associations linked to the Capital Markets and Investments sector in Brazil and Europe.

Flavio Castello Branco
Throughout a leadership career spanning over 30 years at major banks such as Grupo Safra, Credit Suisse, and Banco Mirabaud, with the last 10 years spent in the Private Banking department for the Latin American market, Flavio built a solid network of relationships based primarily on trust and long-term commitment. Driven by a continuous desire to offer a free business model from conflicts of interest, Flavio joined Targa 5 Advisors in 2024 as the Chair of the Advisory Board. The central focus is to advocate for clients' interests in a personalized, independent manner, aligning investments with the profile of each family. Flavio graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Bennett in 1982.

Andrea Atrib
Andrea joined Targa 5 Advisors SA in March 2024. She has over 30 years of
experience in Financial Markets, 10 years in Investment Banking and 20 years in
Private Banking. Andrea has been living in Geneva for more than 18 years, where
she has worked as Senior Banker at UBS, Morgan Stanley and J.P Morgan,
covering high and ultra-high net worth private clients. Before joining Targa 5
Advisors, she was working at Octogone in Geneva as a Portfolio Manager. Andrea
holds a Bachelor degree in Economics at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São
Paulo and a MBA in Finance at IBMEC São Paulo.

Lydia Passos
Lydia joined Targa 5 in 2018 bringing her 30 year+ experience in international Private Banking to the company. She was an executive for major international banks in New York, Paris and Geneva, dealing with UHNW clients, managing bankers and support staff, setting up strategic development plans, and working closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure that all rules and regulations are respected and complied with. She interacted with other groups of the banks, such as Corporate Banking and Investment Banking in order to bring global solutions for clients needs. As a member of Targa’s Board of Directors, Lydia brings her knowledge and experience in the banking industry to the company, supervising its activities and development as well as building a long-term growth strategy.

Claudia Wullenweber
Claudia joined Targa5 Advisors in 2023. She started her professional career in 2000 working at Citibank’s Private Banking Group as a Private Banker. She then, worked at JP Morgan as Senior Manager “Vice President” for the Latin American Market for the next 6 years. Since then, Claudia has accumulated over 22 years of experience in Private Banking, having worked for a local Swiss Private Bank and at RBC Switzerland at the Private Banking desk for Latin America. With the aim to increase her life experience and knowledge, Claudia spent few years in Africa to develop a Microcredit and Business Plan project for women of the Benin tribes, she was involved in opening a small school in Ouagadougou among other missions. Claudia graduated from the Universidade Newton de Paiva, Brazil with masters in Tourism and Psychology.

Sandro Campbell
Sandro has a degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade de Campinas in Brazil. He began his career in the private banking sector 27 years ago. In the 1990s, he moved to Switzerland to join the Administration & Compliance team at Pictet Funds S.A. in Geneva, where he worked for 10 years. Subsequently, he joined the Brazilian team at CA-Indosuez Switzerland, first as an Assistant Manager and later as a Relationship Manager, managing portfolios and advising high-net-worth (HNW) private clients. As an External Investment Advisor at Targa5, Sandro leverages his extensive knowledge and experience to continue building and developing our private banking clientele.

Eliane Nigri
Eliane joined Targa 5 Advisors in January 2017 from the Bank Julius Baer in Geneva, where she worked for three years at the wealth management desk covering Latin America. Before this, Eliane spent over 25 years at Banque Safdie Brazil and Switzerland as a senior advisor in private banking for Brazil. She has acquired from these two significant institutions a global experience in dealing with an international clientele, providing them with comprehensive financial and wealth solutions. Eliane graduated from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) with a degree in Economics.

André Neeser
André joined Targa 5 Advisors in 2019, as an external consultant, from CA Indosuez in Geneva where he worked as a Senior Relationship Manager in the Brazilian team. Prior to this, André worked at HSBC Private Bank in Geneva and Brazil, where he managed portfolios and advised high net worth private clients since 2011. André started his career as an Assistant Manager at Banco Economico S.A. in New York and later as a Manager of the bank’s branch in Cayman Islands where he assumed responsibilities for the daily operations of the branch. André has a MBA degree in Management from Pace University in New York where he achieved the membership of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society, a Certificate of Portfolio Management from New York University and a bachelor degree in Business Administration from American International College in Massachusetts.

André Martins Boulos
André has a degree in Civil Engineering at "Escola de Engenharia Mauá" in São Paulo and a master in Finance at "Fundação Getúlio Vargas" and "London School of Economics". He started at the private banking segment 23 years ago at Bank Boston, having worked in São Paulo and Miami. In 2004, he joined HSBC Private Bank as a senior RM, where he worked both in Luxembourg and in Geneva. Since 2014, he joined Targa 5 Advisors as an external consultant.

Claudia Trane
Claudia joined Targa 5 Advisors in 2023 from Cité Gestion, bringing over 20 years of experience in Private Banking. She started her career in 2000 at HSBC Private Bank (Suisse) SA, working in the Back- Office department. Seven years later, she was hired by the back-office department of Barclays Bank (Suisse). In 2011, Claudia returned to HSBC Private Bank (Suisse) SA as a Relationship Manager Assistant at the LATAM desk. She left HSBC in 2013 to join BEDROCK SA, a Multi Family-Office, as Senior Assistant Relationship Manager to the Brazilian Desk. In 2017 she joined Sartus Capital SA, a new Multi Family-Office in Geneva, a subsidiary of XP INC. (Nasdaq-listed company headquartered in Brazil), which merged with the bank Cité Gestion SA in 2022.

Rachel Crettaz
Rachel Crettaz joined the Compliance & Risk Management department of Targa 5 Advisors in July 2022. Rachel holds the Compliance Officer Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Specialist diploma issued by the VisionCompliance training center in Geneva and several certificates attesting to her skills in the field.
Previously, Rachel was in charge of the front support activity within the Saudi Arabia Group of the UBS Wealth Management Department.

Giulia Trane
Giulia obtained her Bachelor's degree in law in 2023. She is currently pursuing a Master's in economic law at the University of Geneva. She started her professional career in 2019 with an internship at XP Private Europe SA in the Compliance Department. In September 2021, she joined the bank Cité Gestion SA as a Junior Relationship Manager Assitant to Brazilian clients. In 2023, she joined Targa 5 Advisors SA as Assistant Compliance Officer. Giulia is Swiss of Italian-Brazilian origin and speaks fluent Portuguese, Italian, French, English and Spanish.

Uilma Castella
Uilma brings more than 30 years of experience in financial markets. After earning a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting in Brazil, she relocated to Switzerland to advance her career. She began her professional journey in Geneva with American Express, later transitioning to Merrill Lynch Private Bank (Suisse) SA. Her career path then took her to HSBC Private Bank (Suisse) SA, followed by a senior relationship manager role at BNP Paribas. Before joining Targa 5 Advisors SA, she worked as a Portfolio Manager at Octogone Gestion in Geneva.
